Freelance Event Specialist

Location: On-site in Munro, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina; candidates must already be based locally. No relocation package is offered.

What you will do

• Prepare for events through virtual planning meetings with corporate, nonprofit, venue, and hirify.global stakeholders.
• Lead on-site event setup, execution, guest check-in, teardown, site cleanup, and repackaging of materials.
• Coordinate roles and responsibilities across event hosts, nonprofit organizations, venues, staff, and corporate partners.
• Represent hirify.global as the on-site leader and resolve operational issues involving supplies, staffing, technology, and event logistics.
• Provide the Events Team with regular updates, photos, and videos throughout each event.
• Pack supplies, apply shipping labels, and load boxes for return shipment.

Requirements

• Fluent English and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Existing base in Munro, Argentina, with availability to work on a per-event contract basis.
• Experience delivering complex large-scale events and intimate executive-level events.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Experience with group facilitation, group dynamics, customer service, and working with large crowds.
• Flexible availability for nights and weekends, local travel, extended standing, and lifting or carrying up to 30 lbs.
