Digital Marketing Intern (Performance Marketing)

Location: Onsite at the hirify.global HQ in Amsterdam, Netherlands

Internship compensation: €500 per month

What you will do

• Help manage and grow the affiliate program, including partner research, outreach, onboarding, and communication.
• Maintain partner records, tracking links, event feeds, documentation, and the affiliate pipeline.
• Support monthly invoices, payouts, commission reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Set up, test, and optimize affiliate campaigns and landing pages.
• Identify upcoming events and campaign opportunities for affiliate partners.
• Support CRM campaigns, SEO content, paid advertising, marketing automation, and experimentation.

Requirements

• Right to live and complete an internship in the Netherlands; visa sponsorship and immigration support are not available.
• Current studies in Marketing, Business, Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Interest in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, automation, and AI.
• Comfort working with numbers, campaign results, and spreadsheets.
• Proactive, organized, communicative, and comfortable taking ownership.
• English communication skills and availability for 40 hours per week for at least five months.

Nice to have

• Experience with affiliate platforms, CRM tools, Google Ads, SEO tools, analytics, or automation.
