Affiliate Manager (Performance Marketing)

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands; hybrid working with two office days per week. Remote work is available for up to two months per year.

Salary: €50,000–€60,000 gross per year, including holiday allowance.

What you will do

• Own the affiliate and partnerships channel across all three brands, from partner identification and outreach through onboarding and commercial management.
• Track partner traffic, bookings, and revenue, and lead performance discussions with partners.
• Manage tracking links, partner IDs, UTM hygiene, and attribution integrations with the data engineering team.
• Negotiate fixed-fee, CPA, and hybrid commercial deals, while managing commissions, invoicing, unit economics, and ROAS.
• Build standardized reporting and evaluate tooling to scale the channel beyond spreadsheets.
• Optimize placements, landing pages, links, promotional calendars, commission structures, and creator or influencer partnerships.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of dedicated experience in affiliate or partnership marketing, preferably in a marketplace, B2C platform, or scale-up.
• Experience negotiating commercial deals and managing partner performance.
• Strong data and analytical skills with Google Sheets and analytics tools such as Mixpanel.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, Awin, Tradedoubler, or CJ.
• Practical knowledge of tracking links, postbacks, and attribution, with the ability to diagnose tracking issues.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth marketplace, B2C platform, or scale-up environments.
• Additional European languages.
