Content Management Administrator (Contentful)

Location: Remote within the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 CAD per year

What you will do

• Contribute to the CMS strategy for the Luminate Portal and align Contentful capabilities with product and business goals.
• Configure and administer Contentful environments, spaces, content types, fields, roles, and permissions.
• Design and maintain reusable content models, taxonomies, governance standards, and publishing workflows.
• Manage version control, environment management, release processes, and CMS issue resolution.
• Monitor CMS usage and performance, streamline content operations, and support integrations across the Luminate ecosystem.
• Maintain documentation and training materials while advising stakeholders on Contentful best practices.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience administering or configuring a CMS platform; Contentful experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience designing and managing content models, taxonomies, and workflows.
• Familiarity with headless CMS architecture and API-driven integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong collaboration, communication, analytical, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a SaaS or digital product environment.
• Experience supporting global or multilingual platforms.
• Mobility industry experience.
