What you will do

• Centralize oversight of SOX compliance activities and internal control requirements.
• Monitor controls and coordinate Internal Audit activities.
• Track findings and ensure timely remediation.
• Strengthen internal controls over financial reporting and improve audit readiness.
• Support a consistent compliance framework across four operating companies through Shared Services.

Requirements

• Experience with SOX compliance, internal controls, and Internal Audit coordination.
• Ability to monitor controls, identify gaps, and manage remediation of audit findings.
• Understanding of internal controls over financial reporting.
• Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
