What you will do
- Monitor customer production and preproduction systems using incident management tools.
- Resolve incidents within the L1/L2 support scope.
- Escalate complex incidents to L3 support.
- Collaborate with development teams on batch-job issues.
- Handle incidents on time according to SLA requirements.
Requirements
- Basic technical background in UNIX/Linux or Windows is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Willingness to work shifts is required.
