Digital Producer – VFX - 3 months FTC

hirify.global is a fast-growing creative production studio creating digital content, branded entertainment and VFX-led campaigns.

What you will do

• Own digital projects from initial brief through final delivery, preparing production plans, treatments, schedules, budgets, shot lists, VFX plans and delivery requirements.
• Produce long-form and short-form content for YouTube, social platforms, branded content and digital campaigns.
• Manage client and agency relationships, status meetings, feedback, approvals and change requests.
• Control budgets, schedules, scopes, cost tracking, risks and commercial delivery.
• Coordinate creative, production, post-production and VFX teams, including artists, supervisors, editors, colourists and sound teams.
• Manage suppliers, freelancers, studios, equipment, shoots, post schedules, quality control and final multi-platform delivery.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Digital Producer, Producer or Senior Producer in digital, branded content, VFX, commercials, agency, production or post-production.
• Experience producing both long-form and short-form digital content for YouTube and other platforms.
• Strong experience working with VFX and post-production teams, including an understanding of production and post-production workflows.
• Strong client and stakeholder management, budgeting, scheduling and project management skills.
• Experience managing suppliers, freelancers, external production partners, creative feedback, approvals and change requests.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve production problems and use AI tools responsibly for planning and workflow improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience with VFX-heavy campaigns, major brands, agencies or international production partners.
• Experience with CG, compositing, motion graphics, 3D or virtual production workflows.
• Knowledge of Nuke, Houdini, Unreal Engine, Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, After Effects, Premiere or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience managing complex multi-format and multi-platform deliverables.
• Awareness of responsible AI use, including confidentiality, copyright, accuracy checking, brand safety and human review.
