Staff Pharmacist (Hourly)

Location: Suffolk, Virginia, United States; onsite at Walmart Supercenter 01687

Hourly wage: $47.12–$82.69, with additional annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Provide pharmaceutical care, process prescriptions, and accurately dispense medications.
• Counsel customers on healthcare needs and prescription medications.
• Administer immunizations and other pharmacy programs.
• Follow company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, HIPAA, and PHI guidelines.
• Guide pharmacy staff in delivering appropriate customer service.
• Participate in community outreach, activities, and events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGE through NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and implementation of best practices.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and partners and adapt to varied patient needs.
