Partnership Expansion Manager (Fintech)

Location: Riga, Latvia; hybrid work with regular office collaboration and the option to work remotely from another country for up to three months per year

Salary: €3,300–€4,200 per month, plus stock options and a performance-based variable bonus

What you will do

• Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities and relationships with lending companies in the global non-bank lending sector.
• Develop partnerships with lending companies in new countries.
• Identify prospects and communicate hirify.global' value proposition for their business needs.
• Develop C-level relationships with decision-makers using business networks and industry expertise.
• Structure partnership terms that align interests and enable scalable growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development and/or sales, ideally in non-bank lending.
• Experience establishing, maintaining, and leveraging C-level relationships.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to identify and present comprehensive solutions.
• Business-level English or higher required.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of loan origination businesses and the non-bank lending landscape.
• Knowledge of corporate finance.
• Undergraduate degree, MBA, or master's degree.
