Binance Accelerator Program - Key Account Operations (Crypto)

What you will do

• Handle day-to-day VIP client requests, follow-ups, and basic account or product enquiries.
• Build relationships with assigned clients and understand their trading activities, preferences, and business needs.
• Investigate client issues and coordinate resolution with Product, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and other teams.
• Monitor client activity, trading behaviour, and engagement data using spreadsheets or internal tools.
• Maintain accurate client profiles, communication records, follow-up actions, and account information.
• Track crypto, trading, and competitor developments and share market intelligence with the team.

Requirements

• Current university student or recent graduate eligible for the 3–6 month Binance Accelerator Program.
• Strong interest and basic knowledge of crypto and financial markets.
• Understanding of Spot, Futures, Margin, leverage, liquidity, and maker/taker concepts.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical ability and confidence using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Curiosity about trading, fast learning ability, ownership, responsiveness, attention to detail, and comfort in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
