GMP Biomanufacturing Operator I (Biotech)

Location: Fargo, North Dakota, United States; onsite. Regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.; weekend or extended schedules may occasionally be required.

What you will do

• Execute GMP manufacturing processes including transformations, cell banking, fermentation, lysis, chromatography, diafiltration, and final fill.
• Support the production of pDNA, mRNA, and protein products.
• Maintain safety-first and audit-ready conditions in manufacturing areas.
• Follow gowning protocols, standard operating procedures, good documentation practices, and regulatory expectations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English and apply basic mathematics.
• Good communication skills for reporting, documentation, and scheduling.
• Ability to use hands, stand or sit for extended periods, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, pull, climb a ladder, and flex the upper and lower body for extended periods.

• Experience in a manufacturing or GMP biomanufacturing setting.
