2027 Graduate Operations Specialist - Orthopedics

Location: Ringaskiddy, Cork, Ireland; onsite within the manufacturing facility.

Salary: €34,800–€55,775 annual base pay.

What you will do

• Support the Operations team in manufacturing orthopedic products for local and global supply.
• Work under the guidance of a Team Lead or Value Stream Manager.
• Support operations serving knee, hip, and shoulder markets.
• Contribute to business growth, quality initiatives, and manufacturing projects.
• Participate in the DePuy Synthes Graduate Program.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Business Operations, or a similar operations, engineering, or technology discipline.
• Recent graduate from 2026 or due to graduate in 2027.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team, take direction, and learn from the value stream team.
• Interest in problem-solving and business operations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Adaptability and willingness to develop new skills.
• Team-building experience and interest in developing a career in operations.
• Knowledge of agile manufacturing, analytical reasoning, GMP, materials handling, packaging regulations, plant operations, quality assurance, or safety-oriented practices.
