What you will do

• Support Clinical Research Associates and Regulatory and Start-Up teams with maintaining clinical documents and systems, including the Trial Master File.
• Prepare, handle, distribute, file, and archive clinical documentation and reports according to procedures and project requirements.
• Coordinate clinical trial supplies, tracking information, Case Report Forms, queries, and clinical data flow.
• Act as a central contact for designated project communications, correspondence, and related documentation.
• Perform daily administrative activities to ensure complete and accurate Trial Master File delivery.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of relevant commercial experience.
• Computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Clinical research experience is preferred.
