Executive Culinary Manager

What you will do

• Supervise the culinary team and deliver high-quality culinary experiences.
• Coach and develop team members, delegate tasks, and support engagement.
• Monitor inventory, purchase products, and manage food and labor costs within budget.
• Select and develop recipes, standardize production recipes, and maintain presentation and quality standards.
• Plan and cost menus for special events and chef-choice menus.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, kitchen safety and sanitation, action plans, and collaboration with management and vendors.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of culinary management experience.
• Proven ability to develop a culinary team.
• Bachelor’s degree or related culinary degree preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physically demanding duties, including standing, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lb.
• Ability to work in high-temperature kitchen conditions of up to 100 degrees for extended periods.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment authorization is verified through Form I-9 and E-Verify.
