What you will do

• Lead visual and technical inspections of premium used vehicles.
• Assess vehicle condition and determine suitable refurbishment steps.
• Monitor, evaluate, and document internal processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Support on-site partners with automotive technical expertise.
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving automotive services.
• Manage the assigned shift to ensure smooth operations and strong team performance.

Requirements

• Technical or commercial vocational training in the automotive sector.
• Several years of experience in vehicle sales or a workshop, ideally as an automotive mechatronics technician or master automotive technician.
• Good German or English skills.
• Good knowledge of common computer programmes.
• Results-driven attitude and strong commitment.
• Category B driving licence.
