What you will do
- Support the country study start-up strategy and coordinate with study start-up leads and managers to meet committed timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate, prepare, and execute clinical study contracts and amendments for principal investigators, sites, institutions, master service agreements, and local vendors.
- Track contract status, including contract dispatch and return.
- Negotiate financial and legal conditions and escalate issues when required.
- Act as the local point of contact for Legal and ERC on matters such as patient reimbursement.
- Develop and standardize local contract templates and master service agreements while implementing efficient processes.
Requirements
- Experience coordinating and negotiating clinical study contracts and amendments.
- Knowledge of applicable financial standards, legislation, ICH/GCP, IRB/IEC, Health Authority, and SOP requirements.
- Ability to collaborate with study start-up, Legal, and ERC stakeholders.
- Ability to work in Beijing, China.
