What you will do
- Support globally initiated compliance projects, including risk assessments, compliance questionnaires, quarterly testing, monitoring reports, and remediation tracking.
- Maintain internal policies and procedures in line with local regulatory requirements and global group standards.
- Organize corporate governance records, board documents, corporate registrations, and statutory filings.
- Review commercial agreements and legal documents and complete related filing work in accordance with internal policies.
- Provide legal and compliance advice on data privacy, contractual rights, dispute prevention, and operational matters.
- Coordinate global functions and local business partners, escalate issues, and organize compliance training activities.
Requirements
- Experience supporting compliance risk assessments, testing, monitoring, and remediation activities.
- Ability to maintain policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory and group requirements.
- Experience with corporate governance documentation, registrations, and statutory filings.
- Capability to review commercial agreements and other legal documents.
- Knowledge of data privacy, contractual rights, dispute prevention, and operational legal matters.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with global functions and local business partners.
