TL;DR
Sr Mgr Stock Plan Participant Services (Equity Compensation/Financial Services): Leading daily operations and participant support for equity compensation plans with an accent on team supervision, complex stock plan transactions, regulatory compliance, and service performance. Focus on coaching service professionals, managing Rule 10b5-1 and Rule 144 transactions, strengthening supervisory controls, and improving operational workflows.

Location: Onsite in City of Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop Stock Plan Participant Services associates.
  • Manage staffing, schedules, workloads, service queues, performance, and operational coverage.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex participant inquiries, transactions, and operational exceptions.
  • Oversee equity compensation events, stock plan transactions, brokerage activities, and participant education.
  • Monitor service levels, quality, productivity, participant satisfaction, accuracy, and operational risks.
  • Drive process improvements, technology and product changes, audits, compliance reviews, and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience in equity compensation, stock plan services, wealth management, or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of equity compensation plans, stock plan administration, participant servicing, brokerage operations, and complex transactions including Rule 10b5-1 and Rule 144.
  • Experience supervising operational workflows, managing key performance indicators, and leading teams in a regulated financial services environment.
  • Knowledge of FINRA and SEC requirements, supervisory controls, risk management, and compliance procedures.
  • FINRA Series 7, Series 24 or Series 9 and 10, Series 63, and Series 65 or Series 66 registrations, plus Certified Equity Professional designation, required or obtainable within approved timeframes. FINRA fingerprinting is required.

Nice to have

  • At least 2 years of people leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Leadership experience in equity compensation, stock plan participant services, brokerage operations, or a regulated financial services contact center.
  • Experience leading complex brokerage or equity transaction teams.
  • Experience implementing operational, technology, product, or process changes in regulated financial services.
