Python Developer (GRC SaaS)

Location: EU countries listed in the vacancy; fully remote, office-based, or hybrid work is available.

Salary: €2,525–€4,075 gross per month; final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Extend a schema-driven backend for a modular GRC SaaS platform.
• Implement view-descriptor compilation based on data schema, layout, permitted actions, tenant, user, and record state.
• Analyze serializers, validation, and business logic and convert them into reusable abstractions.
• Migrate modules to referenced-only, read-only, and full-aggregate architectures while preserving compatibility with the existing data model and REST API.
• Develop automated, contract, and integration tests using pytest, factory_boy, and golden-fixture contracts.
• Collaborate with Product on functional interfaces and contribute to architecture decisions, with occasional React/TypeScript development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience delivering production projects.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Django, Django REST Framework, and REST API design.
• Experience with complex domain models, validation logic, multi-tenant configuration, permissions, and object-level visibility.
• Ability to work in large, mature codebases while maintaining backward compatibility.
• Strong automated testing practices with pytest, factory_boy, or similar tools.
• English at Intermediate+ level or above.

• React, TypeScript, schema-driven or metadata-driven interfaces, and JSON Schema.
• Optimistic concurrency and fixture-based contract testing.
• Experience in GRC, compliance, or RegTech.
