Head of Analytics

Overview

We are looking for a Head of Analytics to develop the company's analytics system, take strategic control of the analytics team, optimize processes and implement a culture of proactive insight discovery.

What you will do

• Audit in-game analytics processes, including team architecture, communication, processes, and tools.
• Implement changes and build a more effective analytics system.
• Formulate and test hypotheses to improve the game.
• Manage the analytics team, prioritize tasks, develop their skills and participate in team building.
• Coordinate interactions within the analytics team with product teams and senior management.
• Develop a culture of proactively seeking insights and putting forward hypotheses to improve products.

Requirements

• Experience in Lead Analytics, Head of Analytics position in a product company (preferably in the gaming industry).
• Experience in building an analytics system and/or implementing tools, processes, approaches.
• Understanding of key project metrics and KPIs.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and reasoning.
• Ability to communicate your thoughts in an accessible and structured manner.
• Strong communication skills to communicate effectively with team, product, and top management.
