What you will do

Support the day-to-day delivery of selected pharmaceutical, healthcare, and life sciences projects and programs.
Coordinate project budgets, financial tracking, invoicing, change notices, reconciliations, and closeout activities.
Prepare project status, timeline, tracking, and financial reports for internal teams, clients, and senior management.
Support client meetings, agendas, presentations, proposals, sales bids, and communications about budgets and project delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional project teams and resources to support milestones, quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
Identify delivery challenges, contribute to problem solving, and support operational and process improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred.
1–3 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, life sciences, communications agencies, or a related industry.
Experience supporting client-facing projects and working with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational, project coordination, time management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with project tracking, reporting, and financial management, including strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Nice to have

Experience in pharmaceutical communications, medical communications, healthcare marketing, or related fields.
