Senior DevOps Engineer

What you will do

• Own and improve cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, reliability, security, and cost management on AWS.
• Provision infrastructure in collaboration with backend development teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues across databases, search clusters, containers, serverless services, and messaging queues.
• Develop internal tooling and automation with Node.js or Python to improve software delivery and platform operations.
• Use AI tools and build AI automations for day-to-day operational work.
• Implement SLOs and SLIs, DevSecOps practices, backup and disaster recovery controls, and security measures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of combined software development and DevOps or platform engineering experience.
• Hands-on production coding experience in a modern programming language, preferably Node.js or Python.
• Production experience with AWS and GCP, Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across RDS, OpenSearch, ECS, Lambda, SQS, containers, serverless systems, and queues.
• Experience with WAF, Network Firewall, Layer 4 and Layer 7 security, rate limiting, and DDoS protection.
• Good communication skills in English are required.
