Site Reliability Engineer (AWS): Building reliable, scalable, and high-performing products through infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and automation with an accent on AWS workload management, operational efficiency, and cost optimization. Focus on managing ECS and EKS clusters, detecting and resolving incidents, analyzing root causes, and strengthening platform reliability across production and non-production environments.
Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia. Hybrid arrangement combining in-office and remote work, with regular office attendance required.

What you will do
- Build and maintain infrastructure as code solutions and CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement monitoring and intelligent alerting for client-facing products and internal data pipelines.
- Manage infrastructure and application vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, data scientists, and product managers to support smooth system deployment and operation.
- Troubleshoot production and non-production environments, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive reliability improvements.
- Optimize platform performance, resource utilization, and infrastructure costs while communicating risks and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or a related role.
- Proven experience managing AWS workloads, especially ECS and EKS clusters.
- Strong understanding of high availability, disaster recovery, platform monitoring, and performance monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, Jenkins, DevOps practices, and infrastructure as code.
- 3+ years of experience using data and monitoring insights to improve AWS performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Ability to communicate complex technical matters clearly and drive alignment across technical and product teams.
