Clinical Trials Manager (Clinical Operations)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of global, multi-site clinical trials in accordance with protocols, SOPs, GCPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee CRO and vendor selection, contracting, budgeting, performance management, and issue escalation.
• Monitor enrollment, study metrics, timelines, risks, trial spend, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Partner with Clinical Development, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, investigators, key opinion leaders, and executive stakeholders.
• Provide operational and technical leadership for clinical documents, trial planning, and process improvements.
• Support domestic and international study activities through regular engagement with sites, investigators, and vendors.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree and 10+ years of experience leading global, multi-site clinical trials.
• Experience across ophthalmology, neurology, rare disease, and drug development programs.
• Expertise in clinical development, FDA and EMA regulations, ICH-GCP compliance, and global study execution.
• Proven leadership of Clinical Operations teams, including direct management, mentoring, and staff development.
• Extensive experience selecting, negotiating with, and overseeing CROs and external vendors.
• Strong financial acumen covering study budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
