Software Engineer III (.NET)

Location: Varna, Bulgaria

Salary: €31,200–€42,100 gross annually, plus potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain complex software applications and systems.
• Lead feature and project delivery by managing priorities, deadlines, and quality.
• Participate in architectural design and peer and stakeholder reviews, focusing on scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Review code, provide technical feedback, and uphold coding, observability, and testing standards.
• Build automated tests with tools such as JUnit and Selenium, and support service health, incident resolution, telemetry analysis, and root cause investigations.
• Own the software lifecycle from product requirements through production maintenance, documentation, and mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep expertise in .NET and extensive experience with software development practices and design patterns.
• Proficiency with GitHub and JIRA.
• Understanding of cloud technologies and DevOps principles.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP, CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and test automation frameworks.
