Quality Systems Specialist

Location: Tolochenaz, Vaud, Switzerland; on-site, with a maximum of one work-from-home day per week

Salary: CHF 96,000–144,000 gross annually

hirify.global develops medical technologies focused on alleviating pain, restoring health, and extending life. The Swiss hirify.global Operations site manufactures defibrillators implanted worldwide.

What you will do

• Serve as the subject matter expert for quality systems, including audits and inspections, change control, documentation, and training.
• Lead local quality improvement initiatives and contribute to global continuous improvement programs.
• Monitor processes, report leading KPIs, and support daily follow-up and Quality Management Reviews.
• Prepare for and lead quality system audits and inspections, including the resolution of findings.
• Present and defend processes during notified body audits and regulatory authority inspections.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, development, quality, and business platform functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• At least two years of relevant experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry within a manufacturing site.
• Fluent French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Continuous improvement mindset, initiative, and sound judgment.

Nice to have

• Experience with root cause investigation tools, including DMAIC, A3, 5 Whys, 6M, Ishikawa diagrams, and Pareto charts.
• Project management experience.
