Process Engineering Specialist (80-100%) f/m/d (MES)

What you will do

• Support local project managers throughout MES implementation phases and monitor process engineering progress and escalations.
• Coordinate stakeholders to deliver project milestones, deliverables, status updates, reports, and deployment documentation.
• Work with the Global Manufacturing Manager and Process Competence Center to maintain consistency across MES deployments.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, IT, and Supply Chain teams.
• Share lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of the global MES roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electronic, industrial, or management engineering.
• Good knowledge of Italian and English is required.
• Proactive, positive, collaborative, and results-oriented approach.
• Strong problem-solving orientation and willingness to take responsibility for assigned tasks and projects.
