Principal IT Applications Analyst, Oracle Fusion

Location: Troy, New York, United States; Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

What you will do

• Serve as a technical subject-matter expert and delivery lead for Digital Fusion workstreams.
• Lead requirements elicitation, current- and future-state process mapping, gap analysis, fit-gap workshops, and functional specification development.
• Identify upstream dependencies, downstream impacts, integration touchpoints, and process harmonization opportunities across sites.
• Own detailed design specifications, configuration test plans, traceability matrices, summary reports, and change-control impact assessments.
• Support integrations between Oracle Fusion and Kinaxis, Maximo, MES, and LIMS using Boomi, Kong, and IBM MQ.
• Support validation, quality, hypercare, post-go-live handover, security access reviews, audit trail assessments, project reporting, and team capability building.

Requirements

• BS/BA in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience for the Senior level or 8+ years for the Principal level.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion or Oracle EBS; EBS-to-Fusion transformation experience is highly desirable.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or another regulated GxP environment, including familiarity with GMP, 21 CFR Part 11, ALCOA+, and CSA/CSV practices.
• Experience working with implementation partners and managing vendor deliverables.
• Project management experience; PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent qualification is beneficial.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Veeva, Databricks, Kinaxis, Maximo, MES, or Boomi.
• Experience with project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
