TL;DR
Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant (Salesforce Data Cloud): Configuring enterprise CDP implementations, including data models, ingestion pipelines, identity resolution, unified profiles, calculated insights, segmentation, and activation across Salesforce ecosystems with an accent on data quality and scalable customer data operations. Focus on integrating Data Cloud with Marketing, Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud, validating data, troubleshooting platform reliability, and configuring Agentforce automation.

Location: Ciudad Autonoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Hybrid working model with work-from-home and on-site presence at clients or hirify.global offices for the majority of the week. Client-facing work requires travel as needed.

What you will do

  • Configure Salesforce Data Cloud data models, data streams, and transformations for scalable data ingestion and processing.
  • Implement Identity Resolution and unified customer profiles across multiple data sources.
  • Build and maintain Calculated Insights for analytics, reporting, and segmentation use cases.
  • Create audience segments and enable activation across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM, and other Salesforce platforms.
  • Configure and explore Agentforce capabilities to support automation and intelligent workflows.
  • Perform testing, data validation, and troubleshooting to maintain data accuracy and platform reliability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Hands-on experience implementing or operating Salesforce Data Cloud in production environments.
  • Strong understanding of Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights, segmentation, and activation frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of SQL or similar querying languages for data analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with Salesforce Marketing, Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud.
  • Fluency in English and work authorization for Argentina, or the ability to obtain it, are required.
