What you will do

• Drive the mortgage origination digitisation strategy, capability roadmap, and prioritisation of high-impact epics.
• Lead strategic origination initiatives across delivery squads, governance forums, and senior stakeholders.
• Own broker-led origination outcomes while improvhirify.global direct-channel performance, Time to Yes, straight-through processhirify.global, and broker satisfaction.
• Guide enhancements, integrations, workflow, decisionhirify.global, and automation across the lead-to-settlement journey.
• Translate strategy into shipped outcomes with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Technology, Operations, and Risk.
• Identify customer and broker pain points and deliver improvements that reduce friction and support growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience deliverhirify.global end-to-end mortgage origination digitisation and digital lendhirify.global platform transformation.
• Strong understandhirify.global of broker channels and experience improvhirify.global broker experience and conversion.
• Strategic and commercially minded approach combined with hands-on delivery involvement.
• Experience leadhirify.global complex initiatives and epics, influenchirify.global senior stakeholders, and alignhirify.global multiple delivery teams.
• Hands-on experience with origination platforms, workflow, decisionhirify.global, and third-party integrations.
• Collaborative experience workhirify.global with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Technology, Operations, and Risk.
