Location: Remote in Canada. A Toronto headquarters is available for employees who want an in-person workspace.

What you will do
- Define and champion product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for a broad portfolio aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Drive product-market fit through customer research, market analysis, experimentation, strategic positioning, prototypes, pilots, and design partnerships.
- Represent the portfolio with senior leadership and stakeholders, developing business cases tied to revenue, retention, ROI, and strategic value.
- Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers through feedback, 1:1s, career development, delegation, and clear operating standards.
- Lead product delivery from ideation through launch and iteration, managing priorities, technical risks, trade-offs, and term-start deadlines in a seasonal academic environment.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Go-to-Market, Customer Success, and Marketing while using SQL, APIs, BI tools, AI tools, and lightweight prototypes to accelerate discovery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 1 year in product leadership or people management.
- Demonstrated experience coaching and developing Product Managers, including early-career professionals.
- Strong technical fluency with SQL, APIs, BI tools, and AI tools, with the ability to prototype independently or with limited engineering support.
- Experience shipping complex cross-functional products on time, developing financial and ROI business cases, and managing stakeholder alignment.
- Strong customer discovery, experimentation, communication, strategic thinking, ownership, and decision-making skills.
- Applicants must be based in Canada.
Nice to have
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or B2B2C environments.
- Experience leading integrations, complex multi-product initiatives, or products involving data interoperability.
- Background in accounts, billing, provisioning, platform, or infrastructure products.
- Experience managing products across web and native mobile surfaces.
