Health Care Compliance Manager (MedTech)

Location: Shanghai, China; onsite role

What you will do

• Implement the local Health Care Compliance program under the supervision of the Senior Manager.
• Partner with business unit and department leaders to strengthen compliance ownership and ethical decision-making.
• Review and pre-approve activities involving healthcare professionals and government officials.
• Deliver tailored compliance training and communications to employees at leadership, regional, and territory levels.
• Monitor compliance activities, identify warning signals and gaps, and guide corrective actions.
• Manage third-party due diligence, escalations, allegations, investigations, metrics, and collaboration with legal and regional compliance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, MBA, advanced degree, or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of business experience.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry, FCPA, healthcare regulations, compliance frameworks, SOPs, testing, monitoring, and training.
• Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage complexity, make difficult decisions, resolve conflicts, and develop compliant business solutions.
• Fluent English in reading, writing, and verbal communication required.

Nice to have

• Experience in compliance, finance, sales and marketing, medical affairs, legal, regulatory, or auditing.
• Proven experience leading and developing a team.
