Operations Manager (Fintech)

Location: Woodland Hills, California, United States

Salary: $70,304–$75,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus targets of up to 10% in cash and 10% in restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Provide advanced operational support, including complex transaction processing and issue resolution.
• Review and approve tasks and requests as a secondary contact.
• Support junior staff and help maintain quality and compliance standards.
• Manage projects and customer-related operational tasks supported by Zenith.
• Lead strategic and operational initiatives, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Associate degree.
• 5–7 years of operations experience in banking or financial services.
• Ability to work in an office environment with extended periods of sitting and regular use of office equipment.
• Employment eligibility is verified through the U.S. E-Verify program.
• Successful completion of credit, criminal background, and pre-employment drug screening is required.
