What you will do

• Administer psychiatric assessments to clinical trial participants and remotely contact participants through the Engage app.
• Review assessments completed by clinical trial raters to ensure standardized methodology and reliable data.
• Evaluate assessment quality and conduct live interactions with raters about interview techniques, scoring, and methodology.
• Analyze case data and prepare relevant documents and scale items for rater discussions.
• Complete scheduled rater interactions, documentation, training, calibration, and assigned tasks on time.
• Conduct functional assessments of rater performance and support the preparation of communications.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatry, Nursing, Social Work, or an equivalent field.
• At least three years of clinical experience with schizophrenia and major depressive disorder populations.
• At least three years of experience administering psychiatric assessments, including PANSS, to these populations.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, time-management, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
