Medical Science Liaison - Solid Tumor (Medical Affairs): Communicating scientific data and treatment insights to leading specialists while supporting medical education, advisory boards, and study execution with an accent on solid-tumor expertise, medical research, and compliant scientific exchange. Focus on building specialist networks, interpreting clinical data, identifying study sites, and coordinating cross-functional medical activities in Poland.
Location: Warsaw or Lodz, Poland. The territory will be determined based on the candidate's location.
Base pay: PLN 185,500–299,000 per year, plus an annual bonus or sales commissions depending on the applicable plan.

What you will do
- Communicate scientific information about products, treatment trends, and clinical studies to leading specialists.
- Gather insights into treatment patterns and contribute to Medical Affairs planning and business decision-making.
- Build and maintain professional networks with physicians, pharmacists, hospital managers, and scientific society stakeholders.
- Organize and participate in medical education activities and advisory boards.
- Provide scientific support to sales representatives and support study execution, including site identification and data-generation projects.
- Maintain current medical and scientific knowledge while ensuring all interactions remain non-promotional.
Requirements
- Medical Doctor, pharmaceutical, natural sciences, or related university degree.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience and strong knowledge of solid tumors, research, and medical data interpretation.
- Fluent English and Polish.
- Strong scientific communication, stakeholder engagement, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a complex, changing environment and coordinate cross-functional solutions.
- Driving license and adherence to applicable healthcare business-integrity guidance, local regulations, and codes of conduct.
