What you will do

• Lead 2–4 complex client projects involving multiple senior stakeholders and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Develop analytical approaches, project frameworks, delivery tools, and data-driven recommendations across industrial and energy domains.
• Act as a trusted business advisor in senior-management discussions, workshops, briefings, and presentations.
• Manage project portfolios, timelines, client communication, stakeholder consensus, and unforeseen delivery issues.
• Own selected client accounts, contribute to top-down business development, and carry revenue quota responsibility.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants while supporting Growth Pipeline Dialogs and Coaching activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or technology; a master’s degree or PhD is advantageous.
• 4–5 years of industry, analyst, or consulting experience in a consulting or advisory services environment.
• Foundational knowledge of industrial, manufacturing, energy, or environment sectors, including industry structures, operations, and competitive landscapes.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, strategic reasoning, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Business-level fluency in English and the ability to present and defend analysis to peers and clients.
• Ability to work independently with remote supervision, manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards.
