Strategy and Business Excellence Lead (Pharmaceutical)

What you will do

• Partner with the Country Lead and Leadership Team to shape business direction and execute strategic priorities.
• Lead marketing and business planning, portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, and commercial excellence initiatives.
• Identify growth opportunities through market, customer, competitor, and portfolio analysis.
• Develop OKRs, KPIs, scorecards, executive dashboards, performance reporting, and forecast tracking.
• Lead local business development, pipeline forecasting, and alliance and partnership performance tracking.
• Drive field-force effectiveness, commercial tool optimization, process simplification, AI-enabled productivity, and digital transformation.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or commercial functions within multinational companies.
• Strong commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proven project management and change management skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Background in finance or business.
• Strong communication skills in Thai and English at all levels.
• Ability to build productive relationships across Sales, Marketing, Digital Customer Engagement, Finance, Supply Chain, Digital and Data Analytics, external affairs, and other local, cluster, regional, and global functions.
