What you will do
- Drive revenue growth, signings, and profitability across consulting engagements.
- Build and strengthen trusted relationships with CXO-level client stakeholders.
- Lead complex consulting engagements from strategy through execution.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with senior stakeholders.
- Ensure high-quality delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
- Mentor talent and contribute industry expertise, innovation, and strategic direction.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in customer engagement and CXO-level relationship management.
- Demonstrated ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives.
- Proven experience leading complex projects with multidisciplinary teams in consulting, corporate, or public-sector environments.
- Financial acumen, including experience driving revenue growth and managing margins.
- Experience managing or supporting high-value business development activities.
- Deep understanding of industry trends and technology, with a strong industry presence and ability to drive innovation and change.
