Adjunct Instructor - Business

Location: Texarkana, Texas, United States; part-time courses may be delivered face-to-face, hybrid, web-enhanced, or online.

Compensation: $3,300–$4,500 per undergraduate or graduate section taught, depending on degree level.

What you will do

• Teach business courses in one or more areas, including accounting, business law, agribusiness, economics, entrepreneurship, finance, general business, management, marketing, and sports management.
• Deliver courses in face-to-face, web-enhanced, hybrid, or online modalities.
• Prepare and load course content, assessments, and lecture modules.
• Grade student work, meet with students, and support course administration.
• Submit grades and complete census and grade deadlines on time.

Requirements

• For undergraduate courses: a master’s degree in the teaching discipline or a related field, including at least 18 graduate-level credit hours in the discipline.
• For graduate courses: a doctorate or terminal degree in the teaching discipline or a closely related field, including at least 18 graduate-level credit hours in the discipline.
• Degrees and coursework must be from a regionally accredited institution.
• Meet AACSB initial and maintenance-of-qualification requirements for the teaching field during the previous six-year period.
• Submit a resume or CV, graduate-level transcripts, and at least two professional references.
• International transcripts must be credentialed, such as through WES.
