Adjunct Instructor - Psychology

Location: Texarkana, Texas, United States; courses may be face-to-face, web-enhanced, hybrid, or online.

Compensation: $2,400–$2,900 per undergraduate section and $3,100–$3,600 per graduate-level section, depending on degree level.

What you will do

• Teach psychology courses in one or more approved delivery modalities.
• Teach subjects such as Statistics, General Psychology, Abnormal Psychology, Psychology of Personality, and Brain and Behavior.
• Load course content, including assessments and lecture modules.
• Grade student work, meet with students, and submit grades on time.
• Meet census and grade deadlines and complete additional course administration as needed.

Requirements

• For undergraduate courses: a master’s degree in psychology or a related teaching discipline, including at least 18 graduate credit hours in the discipline.
• For graduate courses: a doctorate or terminal degree in psychology or a closely related field, including at least 18 graduate credit hours in the discipline.
• Degrees and coursework must be from a regionally accredited institution.
• Submit a resume or CV, graduate transcripts, and at least two professional references.
• Employment is contingent on credential verification and completion of a criminal history investigation.
