L&D Specialist

Location: Elst, Netherlands; onsite at the factory

Company

hirify.global is a large food manufacturing company operating a factory in Elst.

What you will do

• Assess skill gaps and identify training requirements across blue- and white-collar employee groups.
• Design, facilitate, and continuously improve classroom, on-the-job, e-learning, and workshop-based training programs.
• Create instructional materials, training modules, and multimedia learning aids, while coaching others on material development.
• Monitor training effectiveness through participant feedback and key performance indicators.
• Advise managers, operational team leaders, and HR on development and onboarding plans.
• Manage the Elst factory training budget, maintain the Learning Management System, monitor certification expirations, and coordinate shopfloor trainers.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant Learning and Development experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM, Learning and Development, or Educational Science.
• Experience developing training materials for different learning methodologies and working with Learning Management Systems.
• Experience building learning organizations and driving change.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, written and verbal.
• Strong planning, strategic, communication, presentation, coaching, and multitasking skills.
