Regional Trainer (Benelux)

Location: Hilversum, Netherlands; the role focuses on the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg and requires monthly travel for potential in-person training events across North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.

What you will do

• Present educational content to small and large audiences through in-person events, meetings, webinars, video training, trade shows, and LMS platforms.
• Adapt communication styles for retail consumer electronics, installed services, AV experts, and corporate retail management.
• Collaborate with sales, content, field sales, and advocacy teams to support product sales and maintain consistent training experiences.
• Answer partner questions outside training events and identify opportunities for new educational materials.
• Monitor consumer electronics and technology trends, including products that complement or compete with hirify.global.
• Continually develop presentation skills and improve regional training programmes.

Requirements

• Successful experience with enthusiastic public speaking and on-camera presentations.
• Experience communicating knowledge effectively to others.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is required.
• Ability to travel monthly for potential in-person training events across North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
• Preferred experience includes technical education, audio-video retail, installation or design, LMS management, project management, live events, and workshops.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Adobe Suite, and Adobe Premiere is preferred.

• Fluency in French, Flemish, or German.
• Passion for consumer and professional electronics, music, and home theater.
• Clear conversational writing skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
