Video Game Translator - Danish (Video Game Localization)

Location: Remote from any place; availability to cover the 9-5 CET time zone at least partially is required.

What you will do

• Translate full video game titles and game updates from English into Danish.
• Translate marketing texts and other promotional materials related to games.
• Proofread other translators' work to ensure high-quality text.
• Collaborate with other translators when required.

Requirements

• Native Danish speaker with a strong interest in language and cultural nuances.
• Fluent English for email communication with project managers and participation in a video interview.
• At least six months of translation experience in video games, board games, or similar creative fields.
• Ability to provide invoices; freelance registration is recommended.
• Availability to work remotely from any place and cover part of the 9-5 CET time zone.

Nice to have

• Experience in subtitle translation.
• Experience with LQA.
