Localisation QA Engineer with English - Australian Market

Location: Onsite 5 days per week in Cork, Ireland

Salary: €42,000 per annum, pro rata

What you will do

• Perform localisation testing on software, print documents, help content, and hardware items.
• Report defects using internal tools, provide relevant information and suggestions, and follow issues through resolution.
• Analyse international functionality issues.
• Collaborate with international QA centres, engineering teams, translators, and project managers.
• Depending on experience, design and organise manual test plans and create, maintain, and execute automated test procedures.
• Review software technically to identify automation opportunities and develop test automation in Swift, Objective-C, Python, Ruby, or other required languages.

Requirements

• Native-level English and deep knowledge of linguistics.
• Experience in software localisation or internationalisation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, flexibility across multiple projects and deadlines, and a collaborative approach.
• Interest in finding software defects and improving product quality.
