What you will do
- Analyze defects and follow up on actions related to out-of-specification test results.
- Monitor the management of DCs and implement poka-yoke quality controls.
- Coordinate the internal quality firewall and monitor the blocking and identification of suspicious or defective material.
- Participate in daily quality monitoring meetings.
- Coordinate production start or stop decisions during quality incidents when necessary.
- Train new contingent production workers during their induction.
Requirements
- Technical FP1 or CFGM qualification.
- Availability to work full-time onsite in Martorell.
