Data and Analytics Engineer 2 (AI)

Location: On-site at the Financial Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; candidates must be local or willing to relocate to the area. Employment-based visa sponsorship is not available, and candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

What you will do

• Develop and test databases, queries, views, reports, dashboards, and other analytical solutions.
• Collect, analyze, and share data to improve business metrics, customer experience, and business results.
• Design reporting and analysis tools that improve reporting, planning, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
• Support data conversions, imports, exports, and integrations between internal and external systems.
• Troubleshoot analytics tools and production issues, track performance, and assist with application tuning.
• Document data models, solutions, implementations, metadata, issues, and enhancement requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience; two years of commensurate experience may substitute for an associate degree, or four years may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
• At least three years of related technical experience, including experience supporting a major business intelligence or data warehousing system.
• Expert skills in data analysis and data mining.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies such as MCP or RAG, Lakehouse architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, SSIS, and Microsoft T-SQL.
• Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, multitasking, and customer service skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; employment-based visa sponsorship is not provided.
