Summer 2027 Data Engineering Intern (SQL/ETL)

Location: Hermitage, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite at 4140 East State Street. No corporate housing is provided. Only candidates legally authorized to work in the U.S. will be considered; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Shadow data and analytics engineers on their projects and daily responsibilities.
• Analyze organizational and business data.
• Write SQL scripts and queries and work with ETL and SSIS processes.
• Create Spotfire visualizations and use data virtualization tools.
• Attend code reviews, standardization, data governance, and other EDMG meetings.
• Complete assigned projects, rotations, training, and intern events with appropriate oversight.

Requirements

• Must be officially enrolled in an undergraduate bachelor’s program.
• Major in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related area.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior professional experience is required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available.
• Ability to follow company policies, regulatory requirements, compliance procedures, and required training.
