Quantitative Methodologist - Market Research

Location: Hybrid role based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, or Princeton, New Jersey, United States; regular work from home and on-site presence at client or hirify.global offices is required. Travel is required for client-facing work.

What you will do

• Design statistically rigorous survey research, experimental studies, and advanced quantitative methodologies.
• Apply advanced statistical and experimental design techniques to complex business questions in healthcare and life sciences.
• Shape quantitative research strategies, interpret results, and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Provide methodological oversight and quality assurance for analytical work performed by offshore teams.
• Bridge strategy, analytics, and execution across multiple engagements and client service teams.
• Present complex analytical concepts clearly to non-technical client stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant industry or applied experience.
• Master’s degree or higher in Statistics, Data Science, Public Health, Economics, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or Business Analytics.
• Strong foundation in advanced statistics, experimental design, and quantitative market research, including survey design, analysis, and interpretation.
• Expertise in at least one statistical programming platform, with strong preference for Excel, R, or Python.
• Strong structured thinking, attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship are required.
