Installer (Custom Home Organization Systems)

Location: Garnet Valley, Pennsylvania; servicing the greater Philadelphia area through in-person installation work in customer homes

Salary: Starting at $24/hour, with bonus potential up to $30/hour based on skill and performance

Closet America designs, manufactures, and installs custom home organization systems for closets, garages, pantries, and other residential spaces as part of the hirify.global family of brands.

What you will do

• Complete daily pre-checks of the company van and installation materials.
• Install custom organization systems in customer homes according to established processes and quality standards.
• Work safely and neatly while protecting customers’ homes and cleaning the installation area.
• Communicate with customers and the installation team throughout the day.
• Review completed installations with homeowners, complete final paperwork, and collect payment when required.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to interpret design drawings, recognize parts and assemblies, and measure and install accurately to the millimeter.
• Comfort working indoors and outdoors in various conditions.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and professional conduct.
• Full-time availability and willingness to work at least two weekends per month.
• Openness to hands-on and classroom training, feedback, and continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Woodworking or finish carpentry experience.
