What you will do
- Inspect plates before starting the annealing process.
- Anneal batches according to film type and TCR requirements.
- Check nominal values, TCR, and tracking against traveler specifications.
- Adjust annealing processes to achieve satisfactory product quality.
- Stabilize films according to their type and maintain film standards.
- Read oven data and make process decisions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and write production documents and accurately record information.
- Basic math and problem-solving skills.
- Must qualify as a U.S. Person under applicable ITAR/EAR regulations, including U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, or asylees.
